KLIPP® – Our reference seal for sterilization containers
Designed and manufactured in France by Kortexx, the KLIPP® seal is a single-use lock intended to secure sterilization containers.
Made of injected polypropylene, it provides a reliable, quick, and tamper-proof closure that meets the stringent requirements of the medical sector.
Used for over 25 years by hospitals, clinics, and sterilization centers, KLIPP® is recognized for its simplicity, strength, and consistent manufacturing quality.
The KLIPP® seal is available in two complementary versions:
KLIPP® Standard, for simple and secure closure
KLIPP® with indicator label, for visual monitoring of sterilization cycles.
KLIPP® Standard
The KLIPP® Standard model consists of two parts: a gripping tab connected to a rod ending in a harpoon, and a locking sleeve ensuring secure closure.
This simple system allows quick installation, removal without tools, and guarantees a tamper-proof lock.
Manufactured through high-precision plastic injection, it ensures a clean, controlled break compatible with all sterilization container models on the market.
KLIPP® with Indicator Label
The KLIPP® model with indicator label uses the same design as the standard seal, but includes a thermosensitive label that changes color (from pink to dark gray) after autoclave sterilization.
Manufacturing Process
KLIPP® seals are produced in France in our workshops using a high-precision plastic injection process.
Each step — design, injection, packaging, and quality control — is fully integrated to ensure consistency, reliability, and dimensional accuracy.
This in-house control guarantees short lead times and consistent quality across every production batch.
Safety and Traceability
Each KLIPP® seal is manufactured under a strict quality protocol, ensuring optimal safety in hospital environments.
Every batch is identified, inspected, and tracked, guaranteeing full traceability from production to the end user.
The materials and inks used comply with European Directives 94/62 and 98/638, as well as ISO 11140-1 standards for the indicator-label version.
KLIPP® meets CE marking requirements and is part of a sustainable quality approach.
